Worst customer service. Will never deal with. Lied to me twice before I even meet him. Called in to make an appointment. He says come by now but we are closing early (due to weather on a clear day) but you can test drive the car. Im two minutes away and he says he will close now due to a function (not weather related now) he says I dont know what to tell you, but at least you can see the outside of the car since you came all this way. I would not buy water in the desert from this guy.

I found the service to be outstanding. Staff very knowledgeable and the owner followed up himself personally to see if I was happy with my new purchase. I had looked around town for quite a while for just the right car and price....Parkway blew the competition out of the water! Thank you - great service is hard to find!

Didn't give me the time of day. Personally attacked my character when I felt unsatisfied. Horrible people. Too many other good dealerships in town to waste your time here.

Knowledgable, Nice and Professional staff

I purchased a 2015 Ford Escape recently. Not only was the vehicle more than what I expected, the staff explained each component in the Escape. After I purchased my Escape and went to pick it up, the salesman, Vinnie and the owner, Carmine Mallozzi explained in detail all of the options again to me. My Escape was clean, plated and ready to go. No fun and games or run around with this dealership. They do exactly what they say. Thanks Guys. I will recommend you in the future.

Worst Dealership in Ontario

The owner is your typical Napolean Scam sized individual! This guy scams his own family, what makes you think he won't scam a complete stranger (Customer)" For a fact no family member has a tendency to purchase from this Scammer due to his Rip off ways! Joke of a dealership!
