Ordered 1/2 chicken dinner, and start my waiting time. I understand 10 minutes but not 25. Between 20-25 minutes 3 big orders were done and I’m still waiting for my 1/2 chicken dinner. Spoke with cashier and basically I was informed that pre orders are their priority. Lost over 25 minutes and no dinner at least not from this place. That was my last time I went there.

I have noticed since the restaurant has expanded that the service and portion size has declined. Tonight my order was the worst ever that I called to discuss with the manager. My chicken was smaller than prior orders and cold. The salad had no dressing on it. I asked for hot sauce on the side and did not receive it. The manager did nothing to encourage me to come back. I was told that they hired new people! My children would eat it all up and tonite hardy ate anything. We will not eat here again

LOVE the food. It's been a fave for years. The service is a 2/10. 1-Called ahead for take out and still waited for everyone that was a walk in to be served first. 2-order was being put together wrong. I tried twice to clarify and this was not taken with kindness. Mostly attitude. Very unfortunate. This attitude is disrespectful and has no place in the service industry.

You want super delicious, moist, and tender chicken? Then look no further! They cook their chicken on an open flame grill, and you have the option of a mild, or hot sauce. The hot sauce is rather flavourful, and not really 'hot' at all. They also sell different types of fish that's not listed on the menu. The sides range from fries-potatoes-rice-veggies-garden salad. The price is very good compared to other places. I can buy a whole chicken for just $12. Better than Nando's in every way

My sister and I visited the restaurant July 20 around 6pm. I understand it was a very busy time. The poor man ahead of me ordered 3 chickens. He was told "don't do that again, call ahead if you want 3 chickens." Very bluntly. When it was my turn I placed my order and my sister asked if she could have a grilled vegetable sandwich. She is a vegetarian. She was told no. She said why is it on the menu then? They told her she could have the steamed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots i think) on a bun.
