Never follow the official posted timings. They open late and close the clinic as they pleas. Wait times are very long, I have had to wait 2 hour before seeing the doctor. Barely answer the phone. I called multiple times to make an appointment the receptionists would just hang up mid conversation. Her tone is as if she's doing me a favor and is so rude. I told the doctor my symptom and instead of helping me in my state of panic she was asking me why I'm having this symptom! Worst experience ever

They do not answer the phone at all, upon checking at reception it was like pointing fingers, i was sitting in the reception and called the clinic, the receptionist was free but never bothered to answer the call.Can someone take action against such unprofessional behaviour

I absolutely loved this clinic. I love nice people, and i was happy that my visit here was a good visit, that was also very informative.

It was a horrible...

It was a horrible experience - this is the medical clinic beside Rexal. The staff is unorganized and made me wait over an hour after the told me it would only be 10 minutes. I later found out they made me wait so long because they wanted me to translate for another patient there. Not only did I have to wait long, the doctor I saw knows nothing - he did not do the proper assessment in order to check which medication would be best suited for me and automatically recommended the wrong thing.
