Sam was very attentive in getting out and seeing our project. Unfortunately, I could never get a straight answer on prices for the options we were looking at, only that he would beat anyone else's price. When he realized he might have lost the job, he sent text messages complaining that we were stupid and wasted his time. Comes across as a very sore loser, but I am sorry, I will always get more than one quote for a $4000+ job.
