My family and I are regular customers of this restaurant. The food is always good and they have a number of regulars there always. I recommend this restaurant for good authentic Chinese food.

People who claim "poor service" likely can't speak Chinese and haven't eaten in real downtown Chinatown Dim SUm restaurants before.
The service here is on par or better than the majority of similarly priced restaurants in the GTA. We are always treated quite well by the managing staff (regular patrons and "club" card carrying members - 10% discount!).
The food is excellent. The atmosphere fine. Bathrooms typically smelly.
They accept reservations for 4+ tables. Always send your grandmother on ahead to "sit" before the crowds line up (which would be 12pm on a Saturday and 11am on a Sunday). Come any earlier and you are either ordering off a card, or waiting and waiting for the carts to arrive.

It is one of the worst Chinese restaurant in the GTA. The sim dum tasted bad and the price was high. We have been waited for an hour and not many carts came by. We ended up going to another place to eat.
