Flawless Hair Salon & Spa

They alloted 30 minutes for a wash and cut (not trim) before the next customer came. What I got was a quick wash, terribly uneven cut, and not even a full dry. My hair was still quite wet when I left. I resorted to cutting some off the front myself to make it look more even but the rest is just bad. It was at least an hour long appointment shoved into 30 mins and it was expensive.

The worst service I ever received at a hair salon. I ended up leaving before even getting started. I purchased a groupon for highlights and as soon as I walk in the receptionist starts adding up additional costs. Before I know it I am paying more then ten times the price of the actual groupon itself before counting tax and tip. Supper unprofessional and unwelcoming and simply just money hungry and desperate. Over all disturbed by their customer service and would not recommend their salon.

Excellent customer service and very good haircut by Behnaz. She is friendly, takes her time to listen and does an incredible job. I will definitely go back to see her. Thank you! :)
