Thank you for the great service you provided when my car was involved in an accident. You were there at my door step when I called you guys at 12:30 am to get a car so I can go to work the next day. I was hesitant to try you guys because of the reviewer above but because you were open this late I decided to do so. The service was great and the car was brand new had like 3000 km's on it. Loved it.
I was hesitant when i first rented the car from Kaizen car rentals seeing as my insurance company was directing me to enterprise i was told not to worry about the prices as they would deal directly with my insurance company, and after providing a credit card i was a little concerned about being charged for extras but when all was said and done i didn't pay for anything, i must say i was really pleased with the services and the car was brand new i had no issues. Had a bad experience with Kaizen. During your time of need they do act helpful, however once you've signed a contract things go downhill pretty fast. The vehicle I received smelt like smoke, had high kms, and body damage. When I complained they tried to switch the car out (and told me it was a complimentary service), but I got another car delivered with the exact same issues. Beware though, all this 'friendly' service ended up costing me in the end. My first vehicle was not comparable to my personal vehicle, they ended up switching it out to a car that stunk of smoke. When I complained they said "there is nothing we can do about people smoking in our vehicles". Also both vehicles delivered to me came with just enough fuel to prevent stalling. Literally the gas light was on both times on the vehicles. I finally had it with the company and tried to cancel my rental. They told me there was a minimum 1 week rental period to which I agreed. Then to my surprise, after I returned the rental they decided to charge me over $170 for pick-up and drop-off fees that were supposed to be free and also were as a result of their dismal fleet of poorly maintained vehicles. They claimed they had to charge me because I didn't keep the rental until my repairs were done. At no time did I sign that I would keep the car until my repairs were done. My only obligation was the one week rental period which I kept. I would not rent with Kaizen ever again,

We provided you services when your insurance company couldn't, brought you a rental car late at night when nobody was open, switched you out numerous times but still you just wanted to go with your insurance company not giving us a chance. We provided you with services that were available only for you to keep you a happy client, but still you decided to switch into another rental company so we did charge a small service charge for the efforts we made as per you're requests. As you can see we do not have any negative reviews even you're review is not that negative it just states you didn't want to stay with us from day 1.
