Our trailer breaks module failed while we were on vacation from the US. We left the travel trailer and drove about 30 miles to L & M Ford Dealership and Service. Lisa and Steve were great! They focused on us. After Steve figured out the problem, Lisa ordered the part. The next morning Steve put it in! Thank you for the special attention and quickly getting us back on the road.

The service department that includes Lisa,Steve and Katie go beyond there customer service and repairs. They are excellent to deal with I own 2 Fords and I always take my 2 vehicles to them to fix. Wonderful staff
