Wife and I come to Red Lobster Peterborough on date nights. Love the crab legs and endless shrimp festival.
It was just OK. I have had better seafood but they do fill your plate a lot. I find the food to be a bit greasy and way too buttery. If your looking to make healthy food choices you might want to skip this place. The service was good and it was clean, but think there needs to be less fatty food options.
Good value for the money. Kid friendly and of course the biscuits are delicious. I love shrimp and it is always good here. I have always had good service too even when it is busy.
Visiting town on business and stopped at the Red Lobster as it is a well known franchise. Nice and clean, decor comparable to other Red Lobsters. Caesar salad came right away with the typical warm crusty buns mmm good. Entree came piping hot, appealing placed on the plate was the 3 types of shrimp and vegetable. Succulent flavour that keeps me coming back to the franchise.
Red lobster is always amazing! Fantastically hot food at a great price. Great service and I definitely will be returning! Our server was friendly and so were the hosteses.
I always have a good meal here. Everything is always tastey and a good price. The atmosphere is nice here too as it is not too noisey. I love this restaurant!
July 22 was my mother in laws 87 birthday and she wanted to go here........ How could I say no. Considering our 44th anniversary where our experience was ruined - I recluctantly said OK (how can you refuse a sweet old lady) Before going I did call the manager and told him of the mail I sent in May (snail not E) He asked that when we arrived we should ask for him and I told him I shouldn't have to as all customers should get the same treatment. When we were seated we got the same girl as last time and I told her I would like a different server, They gave us Wendy! Everything, the service,food and treatment were superb and Wendy will be asked for next time
I love the atmosphere at the Peterborough Red Lobster!! All of our food was hot and delicious.The lobster pizza was fantastic and the chicken club with the potatoe chips was wonderful!! The service is always pleasant ... This is one of our favorite places to eat lunch or dinner!!
I've been here several times and will go back again. The food is always very appetizing, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The cheddar Bay biscuits are a staple of Red Lobster and we eagerly await them. The seafood is good though probably more fattening than I care to know about. I am mourning the loss of the raspberry cobbler. They should add it back to the menu.
We always enjoy the Red Lobster, they now have oak smoked grill which gives any grilled order a nice smoked flavour.
We had a fantastic experience. The service was attentive and the food was delicious, hot and very fresh. I love the environment and the atmoshere. We will definitly return!!
One of the best experiences we have had in a long time...both our meals were piping hot and delicious!! The portions were satisfying and the service was great. The manager checked to make sure we were happy..we will definitly be back!!!!
We sat at our table for over 20min and no-one came over. We saw numerous servers cleaning their sections and serving other tables and no one even approached ours. We finally decided to leave as our daughter was now get restless. As we left we told the host at thew door, who immediatley got the manager (from outside, he was on a smoke break) he spoke to us briefly not trying to get us to stay at all. Stated that he was going in to find out what happpened. As we walked away I saw him go back to having his smoke. He obviosly was not to concerned. Red Lobster is one of our favorite restaurants but after this I can't see us going back.
the steak was tough and overdone..2nd time that has happened to me at Red Lobster...the server was pleasant but seemed disorganized somehow..waited a long time for some items..particularly the bill

Service was great. They had to redo the children's pizza and it was late coming out so we were not charged!! Great food.
The seafood is overcooked, portions were small considering the steep prices!
My daughter always likes to go to Red Lobster for her birthday. When we told the waitress it was her birthday, she told us that my daughter would get the cobbler for her birthday, it was on the house. My daughter (12yrs) was disappointed. Last year it was a chocolate cake and that was what she was expecting. I let the waitress know about her request and it was as if I was inconveniencing her. She brought the chocolate cake but was charged for it. Besides having a substandard meal, the special occasion was dampened because of the servers attitude.
