    Chimney rebuild

    For both the job quotation and completion, Richard started and finished when he said he would. The job was completed neatly and professionally. We are very pleased to recommend Richard to others.

    Complete Chimney Rebuild. Excellent Job !!

    E&R Schwarz Masonry Ltd. completed a rather extensive bricklaying job in the late Fall for us which included a complete tear down and rebuild of our chimney. After meeting Richard and seeing his approach on quoting the job, there was never a doubt in my mind that the chimney rebuild would be perfect with every detail looked after. As promised the crew arrived on time and completed the work with no delays. Workmanship was excellent and the entire crew was respectful and accommodating to any questions asked. Richard managed all details of the job and true to his word coordinated and ensured that he completed all of the steps required to convert the fireplace to gas. His team worked alongside other professionals on-site in managing this process without a problem. As I expected, we didn’t need to worry about a thing. Our property was cleaned and returned with the only difference between the “before” and “after”; being a 'brand new chimney'. Thank you for a job well done !!

    Chimney Replacement

    From our first initial contact, right through to the completion of our chimney repair, E&R Schwarz Masonry Ltd. was, without a doubt the absolute best. The guys on the job were punctual, professional and very thoughtful – they even offered to close our back gate during the process to let my small dog out to do his duty! Our chimney looks fabulous and we love it. The quality of their workmanship is impeccable, their price is competitive and their clean up is perfect.     Great company to deal with

    From the initial phone call and meeting up to the final day of installation we were very pleased to have called E&R Schwartz. They are very prompt, helpful and professional. They offered suggestions as to the different choices we had for the chimney and after some leg work we went with a repair to the chimney. We were very pleased with the quality of the work that was performed and the clean up was remarkable! We highly recommend this company if you are looking for some masonry work and/or chimney repair.

    Brick Repair/Parging

    Richard completed repairs at our previous home and we had no hesitation in having him attend our current home. The work was completed for the price quoted; in a timely and expert manner and to our complete satisfaction. He gave full consideration to the aesthetics of the completed work as well as the best and most durable repair.We would and are recommending him to all.
