Called to ask for...

Called to ask for pricing and if needed to book an appointment and she was flat out rude on the phone. When also telling her that my hair is long and i wanted it short and i was nervous about this bc its been a long time since I've cut my hair! She flat out laughed at my questions that i had! Will never go to this lady! You need someone that is not ill mannered and not short tempered to trust when cutting your hair! Treat people the way you would like to be treated!
