Very disappointed today! I just went to drop the kids of my employer and about to return back home when the driver that suppose to pick up my boxes is on his way, I ask if he can wait for me for at least half an hour but he said NO. Customer service agent called and told me that the driver couldn’t wait cause I should be home during the pick-up window.( Rude tone)But a call ,10 mins before pick up is not much of a customer heads up. Only solution they can give is to reschedule, Not cool!

Very unprofessional people!!!! I've waited for so long over the phone just to get hunged up. Don't go with this company...

waited 2 days for pick up and still waiting I have called 8 times to get my box picked up, ther call center can't do any thing to help to get this problem solve and when I ask for a local number to talk to some one from our city location it leads back to the useless call center
