Very disappointed today!
I just went to drop the kids of my employer and about to return back home when the driver that suppose to pick up my boxes is on his way, I ask if he can wait for me for at least half an hour but he said NO. Customer service agent called and told me that the driver couldn’t wait cause I should be home during the pick-up window.( Rude tone)But a call ,10 mins before pick up is not much of a customer heads up. Only solution they can give is to reschedule, Not cool!
waited 2 days for pick up and still waiting I have called 8 times to get my box picked up, ther call center can't do any thing to help to get this problem solve and when I ask for a local number to talk to some one from our city location it leads back to the useless call center
