Our kids and us love Barrel restaurant!!

My wife and I love bringing the family here, the kids always find something yummy off their kids menu and we like that they offer may choices for kids menu items. We had received a bday surprise in the mail for my sons 8th bday and he received a free cake and free dinner of the kids menu. We always love coming here since the food is so fresh and the quality of food is always outstanding:)

We fel in love with first visit with the Barrel!

This was our first visit at this lovely restaurant. We had a very positive experiece and the food was great!! Our roots our from Sicily so my family is picky when it comes to Italian cooking but Barrel made the cut!!!! The pasta was cooked just right and their house vinaigrette dressing is perfect. We love how all the entrees come with salad or soup and italian bread!! We will be regular now .

Barrel is an AMAZING AMAZING restaurant

My girlfriends and I had a fabulous time at the Barrel Italian restaurant. Everything was fresh and prepared in a well manner. The waitress was very attentive and from the time we stepped into the restaurant until we left we were taken care of. The food was very fresh and tasty and their wine list was very extensive...we are fans of the Josephs wine!!

About the best Simcoe has to offer

A consistently pleasing resturant with great specials (usually some type of stuffed chicken). Although there is rarely anywhere to park if you come during dining hours or on the weekend. Parking across the highway at target and having to walk across with no cross walk is a little dangerous - glad the kids weren't with us.

Best Italian Food!!!

My family and I all agree that this restaurant deserves the high ratings. The owners really know what they are doing and you can tell they have been in business for a long time(since 81). The food is always prepared carefully and is always consistant. I really love all their sauce and my husband is a BIG fan of their pizza. Great food and ambiance.
