I went to the store last week to see some stuff for my new home. The sales staff is great, Dalji helped me pick out the right colours for my sofa and carpet. Delivery was fast and on time, these people know how to serve their customers right. Highly recommended!

I bought the dinning room table and 6 chairs. I got delivered a table and 4 chairs but the delivery guy didnt want to bring these to my house but told me to carry by myself, or in the garage. The missing 2 chairs didnt come to my house till now after 2 weeks and 5 broken promises. I wanted to return all but they said NO WAY. I am not dare to recommend this store to anyone. If you want a peace of mind then KEEP OUT

We purchased a couch in November 2013. Jeff talked us into the 5 yr extended warranty. In the summer of 2017 we submitted a claim as the material was cracking in numerous locations. We just heard that they will not cover this claim. The couch is an Ashley Furniture couch so i expected top quality product. I will never shop at Homestyle Furniture or Ashley Furniture again and i will make it my mission to inform people of my experience.
