Absolutely terrible Paralegal

Words cannot express how grateful I am for meeting Kimberley Farrell. From day 1, she fought for my case as though we were family. She took the time to explain every step of the way, with a smile and demeanour that I could not have made it through without. Kim is 1 in a million and anyone lucky enough to work with her will agree. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and dedication!!!

I would highly recommend Ms. Farrell. She is fair minded and will keep your best interest forefront while still providing honest and genuine advice that reflects the situation or matter. She is tough, skilled, and very understanding of the experience her client has gone through and will work hard to resolve it successfully. Mine was not a good situation, but Ms. Farrell worked on my behalf for the resolution I needed. I could not be more grateful. Her fees are reasonable and well worth it.

She was very curt to me in one of my emails...then a second time so I sent her an email plus a written note saying "I no longer require your services"...I hired a new paralegal who is wonderful...when my Hearing came up she joined in & my new paralegal advised he was my rep...she said she moved so she didn't get my note..common sense you advise your client her email would not have changed plus she didn't communicate with me...my advice is "run"

Kimberley Farrell is the most unprofessional paralegal I have ever come across. Be carful hiring her for your legal matters.
