Had the most amazing hour enjoying the glamour head spa!! Felt like heaven. So relaxing. So amazing. Highly recommend. Southing sounds, smells, massage, truly a fantastic experience. Spoil yourselves!!!

I love that place so clean and staff are excellent do a wonderful job on my feet I was there 6 months ago no complaints today I went in with extremely dry heels I left my feet were still a little dry especially my heels maybe they were just to difficult to scrub

Staff are friendly at Krystal Beauty, but you should expect to wait most times. Even if you have an appointment you’re usually have to wait upto30-45 min. In terms of the lash extensions, they look good, but are very heavy and destroyed my natural lashes. I went to Divine Lashes in Toronto and they used a much lighter lash but more of them. I would not suggest getting your lashes done at Krystal Beauty. My own natural lashes have not grown back yet because the hair follicle is damaged.

Wish I would have read November comments beforehand. I hate my eyelashes. I am blonde and said I wanted to just not wear mascara anymore. Now I look like a 20year old going clubbing! Will NEVER go back!

I had the most wonderful afternoon at Krystal Beauty Spa today. Kim and her staff could not have been nicer! The salon is beautiful and very clean.I SO enjoyed my pedicure, solar gel refill and eyebrow wax. I will definitely be back to this lovely spa again.

Absolutely amazing experience. Brought my daughter for her first pedicure and manicure and she loved it. The staff was so friendly and Kim did a great job making my daughter feel comfortable and her nails turned out great . She is very happy

worst experience of my life. DO NOT GET EYELASH EXTENTIONS FROM KRYSTAL BEAUTY. I asked the girl for natural lashes and she just smiled and nodded (did not understand english). Terrible.

Gold star service with a friendly staff! Treated like royalty as soon as you walk through the doors. The Spa is spotless and has such a warm and inviting feel. Great job to all of you!
