Gino's Pizza

We have been ordering from Ginos for years. Ordered today and had to call them twice to see where the pizza was. Both times I was told that the pizza had already left and on its way (I literally live 10 minutes away). Almost 2 hours to get our pizza and no apologies at all. Very disappointed.

The lady at the Cumberland North location cooked me a first-class panzerotti. She is proud of her work, which I appreciated.

in 15 minutes it will be 2 hours since I've ordered my pizza...I know stuff can happen but would of appreciated a call to tell me the delivery will be late...i called over half an hour ago and they said it would be here...still waiting........................
