Butler's Appliance Service

DO NOT go here!!! They charged us 2 down payments for two different jobs. In the end, they fixed nothing, and we were out $50. We had to contact them to discover they had given up on fixing the mechanical issues with our appliances. They didnt call us. Every time we were in the store, all of the employees were just sitting in front of computers and eating despite the fact that they had all sorts of appliances sitting around waiting to be fixed. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

These people are completely unreliable. After booking an appointment on Friday for the following Monday, the technician could not follow simple instructions and could not come on time. The office manager would not lift a finger to help.

I am so sorry I didn't do more research before using Butler's for a washing machine repair. On the recommendation of my local hardware store, I contacted them to look at it. For over a month I have been dealing with a faulty and expensive repair, promises from the owners of follow up that never happens, and inaccurate stories about the nature of the issue. It is the worst experience I have ever had.

great for small appliances

I've taken numerous small appliances to Butler's, and the service has been great. For my vacuum, they've been able to find replacement parts even though it has been out of production for over a decade. They were not great with knife sharpening, however.
