RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE
This is the worst post office service I have ever had. I received a notice saying my package would be available for pick up from Canada Post at this location by 1pm the next day. I went at 2:30 in the afternoon to pick it up and was rudely told " I have not sorted through those yet, you will have to come back". When I explained this was the only time I could pick it up, could not come back, and the notice said it would be ready by now, the rude woman working just kept repeating COME BACK AFTER SIX!! When I kindly asked if she could just check if it was there as I was the only customer standing there she just said NO. What kind of service is that?? I am the customer!! I'm sure I am not the only one who tried to pick up their package and was rudely turned away, without any consideration or offer to just even CHECK if it was THERE! Again I repeat I was the only customer in the whole store! Then when I had to leave work EARLY to make sure I got there before they closed she rudely throws my package at me, not saying a word. My package was ripped open and stuff was falling out. I can't believe the incompetence this woman had. Learn to do your job in a timely and polite manner. You are working in a PUBLIC service. Jeesh
