Fuad was a pleasure to work with throughout my search for a new place and this was by far the best experience I've had working with a Real Estate agent. He made himself available whenever I needed him to see the various properties, was always available to talk, offered great advice throughout the process, necessary paperwork was completed efficiently and electronically and we successfully bid on (and won) the first property that I loved by offering a fair and reasonable price at the right time.

Fuad did an outstanding job for us. He was absolutely available and responded to email and phone calls promptly. We looked at so many houses and when our offer was accepted he worked with us all way through (such as house inspection, find a lawyer etc) which was great help for us, entire buying process was very smooth. We would highly recommend Fuad to any potential client.

As a first time home buyer I wasn't sure what to expect but Fuad made the whole process easy.
