Best Indian food in K-W area (and maybe incl Toronto). Only genuine place in the area. All the rest are amateurish,unimaginative, and un-professional. Found variety plentiful and it tasted genuine and fresh. Naan quality could improve if they install genuine tandoor oven.
The food was excellent. Great variety, and they even kept things fresh and hot for our 2pm - 3pm lunch (supposed to close at 2:30). Only problem was paying separately, there was a huge confusion over bills, which ended up costing me more at the end because the accounting was incorrect. So, in a large group paying separately, be careful, but overall it was a good experience.
Excellent lunch buffet with nice selection. Love the butter chicken and also the baby eggplant. My husband and I go regularly. Great to have this addition to the restaurant scene in Waterloo.
Excellant, excellant, excellant!!! Our first time here and quite impressed. We had eaten indian before, only my second time, but this was a different type all together. Service was quick and quiet, atmosphere was very quiet but we weren't going for atmosphere, we were there for the food. Food was hot and fresh, did not have to wait long. Very attentive staff. Will be back for sure.
Food was very tasty, the byrani was great, the apetizer we had was also very good. My only complaint about the food is that the tandoori should not be served on a hot plate, as by the time you actually eat it, it become far too dry. I think if i order it again, i will remove it from the hot plate immediately. They were understaffed, and it was busy. We waited for 5 minutes in the entrace before anyone even made eye contact w/ us, I was alsmot ready to walk out. Once seated the service was better, order was taken quickly thereafter and food arrived within a reasonable amount of time.
