The store has a great selection of products at great prices, but like everyone said, the number 1 problem is the terrible service. While none of the employees would win awards in my book, the real issue is actually the manager himself. He always looks like customers are bothering him and more than once he started bad mouthing previous customers right as they left the store. Terrible experience every time we have to buy there, use their online shopping option when possible.

Very bad customer service... me and my husband went there and they were just obnoxious and rude. Never going back

The guy at the front desk was so rude. Never seen that in my life, don't support this business... I started with a 60$ item and was gonna buy a few more but his attitude from the getgo was wrong...

Worst customer service

Worst customer service ever. I've never walked into any business and seen such miserable looking guys in my life. It's too bad because they seem to have some legit equipment unfortunately nobody worth talking to.

Person at customer service service was very rude and unpleasant. Very hard to get an advice. Don't go there ever, not recommended. I have to say that the company itself seems legit. Great prices, great choice. Marketing at a bare minimum to keep prices low. It's just this location
