Si vous avez du courrier à faire livrer en urgence, surtout ne jamais faire affaire avec Planète Courrier ! Leur service "rush" livre en retard, et ils n'assument pas leur responsabilité ! Alors, évitez les problèmes et faites affaire avec d'autres compagnies :-)

The customer service is incredibly unprofessional. I was treated with little to no respect on their Chat. They made me feel that I was bothering them with my questions. Not only was her (customer service agent) tone rude and indifferent but also when I asked for a solution to my problem she quit the chat.

Extremely rude customer service. I simply asked for rates and the customer service rep not only cut me off several times, but ridiculed me when I couldn't remember my job's postal code off the top of my head. So unprofessional.
