I have been a client of this particular farhat for years. I started seeing the optometrist there and getting contacts online as they were less expensive. I have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis for the last 5 years. I went today to get my eyes checked to make sure it was not a lesion on my optic nerve. She said my perscription had changed but since i was having an episode to get contacts for now until i could see my neuro. I sat down at the table hoping to get some service and help instead i was berated and harassed. I was asked why they should measure me for contacts when i would just take the perscription elsewhere. I explained my intent was to order them there as i presently could not see. I was told to go on the Internet and get my eyes mesured there. I was told what i was doing was wrong and i had no right to do that. Then i got bullied and told to go on the Internet and solve my issue. I said thank you and left. The man was rude and vile and unnecessarily agressive. Never will i be going there again and i hope no one who goes there receives the same treatment i did. Merry christmas!!! Hope he finds the christmas spirit!
