Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. Thank you!!!!!

Told garnet I would be there before closing time at 5 but due to traffic I didn't arrive until 5 38. Garnet had waited for me and had my part waiting when I arrived. Great serice, very much appreciate you staying late as I drove in from poco.
