I brought my ferret here because he had a chipped tooth and a piece jammed up into his gum line. They gave me all my options up front and let me decide what I wanted to have done which I loved. On drop off day they let me bring my little big to the back. Very affordable and there were no problems healing. Highly recommend this vet, I will be going backLire plus
Being picky because I love my catrs like my kids, I switched to this vet when one of my fur babies was dying a few years ago. They made it easier on me, longer with a decent life for my baby and left me not feeling like a failure. That takes talent, and that is what matters most in a vet. My babies both go here now, and next apt in on MondayLire plus

I have a pug . This place is amazing !!! I can't explain!!! At a different vet they told me I had to drug him in order to cut his nails !!! I didn't think that was right at all . I did it twice ! I feel awful !! No one should be put out in order to get a simple nail trip !!!! This other vet didn't care to take its time at all !!! Makes me very angry !! There's no care for my little baby leroy !!! It makes me sick ! Until I came across a review for this animal hospital! I am so happy I did . It took 7 mins and my pug was happy . He wasn't running out of this vet ! I couldn't believe my eyes !! I highly recommend this place !! Thanks to someone that had a pug and wrote a review !Lire plus
We have been visiting Dr. B for a few years now and would not go anywhere else with our Frenchie. After issues were misdiagnosed by 3 other vets, and claiming he needed emergency surgery, Dr. B was able to have our little guy treated with antibiotics and a special diet instead.
We would confidently recommend him to anyone.Lire plus
The staff were all extremely kind when the time came for us to release our beloved kitty. It was especially soothing, in that stressful time, to have a separate cat entrance. Lire plus
Everyone here is wonderful! I was searching for a new vet for my rabbits and guinea pigs and I kept finding vets in my area with mixed reviews that left me feeling uneasy about taking my
animals there. Then I found Capitol Hill Animal Hospital. They are a little farther than I had hoped to go simply because my animals get freaked out in the car! But they are worth the drive knowing my little fur balls are being properly cared for. Thanks!Lire plus
I am often in Vancouver and whenever I am there I only trust Dr. Kassam with my baby (my dog) Mylo. Any time we need to go in, we get prompt service and are seen in a timely manner. Dr. Kassam makes us feel at ease and truly cares about his patients, there has even been a few times he has gone above and beyond the call of duty and we are really appreciative of his genuine care and concern for Mylo. You can also count on him to be direct and honest.Lire plus

The Doctors and staff are the best! Two years ago, my brand new puppy was diagnosed with possible hip displasia. Total bill, $6,800 - $8,000 for surgery, etc. Instead, I was told it was possible that the condition could be "environmental" instead of genetic. Especially since neither parent had it. Also, she was too heavy for her undeveloped bones, plus I walked her too long and too often. She was put on anti-inflammatories, I carried her when needed and I followed their plan. It was only 4 months and totally worth it. She turned 2 in March. She has regular check-ups. She has absolutely NO signs of hip displacia! THANK YOU Coquitlam Animal Hospital! My last vet wouldn't have given me another option and would have completely drained my bank account.Lire plus
