Sharon helped my daughter find the perfect stroller for our soon to come grandchild. Though she lives in B.C. and was here for a visit, and we told her we wouldn't be buying at this store, Sharon said that's OK, I'm here to help you find a the perfect stroller. And she did. Sharon was very thorough in her demonstrations and knowledge. My daughter flew back to BC the next day and purchased the stroller at Toy's R Us out west. We needed some tables and chairs for an outdoor party and this was the most cost effective spot in the area! The staff at the store and on the phone weren't the most friendly but they got the job done. The delivery and pick-up were right on time and they even let us use the tables for a few extra days because they don't pick up on Sundays - this was a true added bonus!!
