I had a great experience! Alex completed the work in a very timely manner. He was polite, informative and paid a lot of attention to detail. I really liked how thorough and tidy he worked, just as if he was doing this for a family member. The second time he came I couldn’t be there, but didn’t have to worry at all. Khalid was excellent! Very friendly and patient with me. Took several rugs down so I could see them better. The first rug I took home didn't suit. No problem bringing it back and exchanged it for one I love. Fits my space perfectly. I would definitely recommend this company! Lots to choose from and prices were very reasonable.

I went to the store looking for an area rug. I was greeted as I entered and directed to where I should be looking. I was then allowed to browse at my leisure. I cannot stand being hounded in a store it puts me off. The lady was very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I decided with her help on an area rug and look forward to receiving it soon. I would recommend this store to my family and friends.
