Check valve on pump found to be not working correctly thus laundry tubs not able to drain properly with pump cycling off and on. Cameron came and problem solved the issue to a satisfactory outcome. As we live in Holland landing its always nice to support the local business. We found the the business to offer efficient service, a personable and competent employee and fair pricing. We had a small problem with our toilet and Mike came assessed the problem (manufacturer error) and we got our part no problem! Very professional service & Mike answered all my questions. Boot covers were worn which was an added bonus! Toilet is fixed. Highly recommend this company.

We had flooding in our office basement, due to a broken pipe.We are located in North York Ontairo. One of our employees, Allan, suggested we call his plumber (for over 15 years)Doctor Pipes Inc. Within the hour the Doctor was in our office. 1 & 1/2 hours later we were done. Water was turned back on. They replaced a piece of old pipe. I think Doctor Pipes did a great job at a reasonable price. They cleaned up after they were finished. We would highly recommend this Company to others. Thanks Al & Doctor Pipes Inc.
