I have used Randy's services twice. A year ago my garage door opener stopped working. The instructions to reactivate the new opener did not make sense. Randy got it working in minutes. Recently I got a particularly bad virus virus on my new computer. He was able to clean it up. He noted that my old computer CPU was running very hot and the speed was being throttled because with time the original thermal compound had degraded. He put in new fresh thermal paste and my old computer has life again.

Dr. Geek went above and beyond to fix my MacBook that was completely Corrupt. He even made multiple trips to pick up a secondary computer to try to fix my problem. My laptop needed a new hard drive. It was installed the same day, and the technician transferred my files to the new hard drive. In addition, I bought a refurbished laptop that was on display, and once again the technician transferred my files to the Refurbished laptop. Both were ready later that day.The technicians are wonderful!! I have been a customer for a few years now, and I will continue to be a customer. I have also recommended this company to friends and colleagues.
