I have not experienced customer service this excellent ever before. Doug went so above and beyond when my carpet cleaner died, all he was able to charge us was 5$ for a part but went so above and beyond the call of duty, he saved us probably over 100$ we would have had to spend on a new one! If anyone needs anything he can provide PLEASE support him! I cannot stress enough how simply amazing and incredible his service is!

Highly recommended. They have the nicest and most pleasant staff. Very reasonable and not calculating at all. Went to get a replacement lower duct hose for my Dyson DC24 and Russ replaced it for me. Great place to use for any vacuum cleaner problems.

Doug is helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. This is the best place in Victoria to buy a vacuum or to have your product serviced. I bought my Panasonic vacuum here many years ago. First class service all the way.
