Purolator

Had a package I order shipped through Purolator. on 02/21/2025 I received an email stating that my package was out for delivery. Was watching out for the truck all day, finally around 3:30pm I decided to check the tracking again as it hadn't shown up yet. It was marked as "returned to sorting facility due to bad weather", it was a beautiful day with clear skies and roads. no movement all weekend, and now at 1:45pm on Monday it has not moved from the sorting facility. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Can never get our packages from Purolator for some reason... Two days in a row its been rescheduled for delivery.. I noticed last night they updated at 5:06 pm saying it was a missed delivery so I waited in my car at 450pm thinking they might try again same time tonight.. Well no truck came by and 4:56pm they updated my shipment saying it was a missed delivery again.. They just dont try to deliver packages.. And I can never get ahold of anyone to pick packages up at facility. 3rd time happening.

Awful service! They got a payment for the delivery but no delivery! No calls or notifications. If you are living in a building without entry-codes you should stay all day near it and wait for it. Because they do not provide a cell phones to their drivers to call you or inform with the text... Now, they got my payment and i need to pick up by myself in depot! Awful and never again!

Bring my parcel to my building, but dont bother to ring the doorbell and just leave a sticker. No option for redelivery and I have been on hold for over 4 hours trying to speak with someone. I pay to have something delivered to my house but then have to take a taxi clear across town to pick up the item.

Terrible service, no local phone number, and according to the office (which you literally have to drive to if you want to talk to them) the drivers don't have cell phones. So basically if you don't get your package delivered or miss it, good luck getting it. Oh, and our house was 'unreachable' due to construction on one lane a kilometer up the road apparently. If I could rate zero stars I would. Use literally any other delivery company.
