All you can eat wings...are you kidding...where has this idea been? The service was outstanding and the time it took us to get our food was incredible. Obviously this restaurant did their homework and made sure that this promo would go off without a hitch! GREAT PLACE TO RELAX!!

- Food was burnt(skin of chicken) and fries where over done.
- Although we did not complain, these two problems were very noticable and the server did not even attempts to compensate or even express regret about the the food.
- server did not come back to check on us or refill drinks.
- This is not the first time this sort of food presentation or service has happened here.
However, Swiss Chalet is still a great place to eat, this one resturant just needs a little improvement.

That day we only had an hour for lunch. It took over 40 minutes to get our meals with 20 mins left to eat. The lettuce was wilty and our server never did bring the gravy or more coffee because she never did come to our table after another person delivered our food. I spoke with the manager on duty and she told me "well, you know it is very busy today". I was very disappointed. I will visit again, only this time not during lunch rush and I will stick with the 1/4 chicken.

I'm going to attempt to tell this story in full, there just can't be enough time or space for that. The nuts and bolts is this: we eat out dinner with our children about 6 times a month and swiss chalet is one of the "better" options for just overall nutritional value. My wife and I have changed many of eating habits and were glad to notice that Swiss Chalet was offering a meal combo that was intended to be lower in carbs (right on thier menu...in plain english...presumably other languages depending on where you live...) I literally had to wind up in an argument with the waitress trying to order the Chicken Breast version of this meal...it was ridiculous. It took me almost 10 minutes to finally get her to understand that what I was trying to order was ON THEIR MENU...she had NO CLUE. I would have left, but for health reasons I try to keep to a schedule for eating times...this was our last visit. Here's the funny thing....my wife never liked Swiss Chalet and it took me 5 years to convince her to eat there when we go out...in the 3 times we ate there leading up to this final fime...there was just one thing after another, mostly related to service...I mean, for the price, I don't particularly expect too much from the chicken or the kids working the kitchen...it is what it is. But the sevice at this Swiss Chalet is unbelievably bad. Eat here, then try another Swiss Chalet anywhere else (we have in Sault Ste Marie, Sudbury and Toronto..all were fantastic) you'll the service here is unrealistic.
