The customer service is terrible. Order flowers on 7 May supposed to arrive on the 11th it is now the 17th still can’t get a hold of anyone to tell me where the flowers are. The chats keep going dead called customer service three times and left a message with no return call. Finally got through to a live person under the place an order option they sent me off to somebody else who put me on hold and hung up. Now I can’t get through to anyone
