No same day delivery. No delivery period. They refused to refund my order. Bloomex is a scam.

Very unprofessional, please don’t trust this company, they selling fake products, I bought some flowers for my birthday, they didn’t deliver on time and also the order was very different then I have bought, I ask for a full refund and they didn’t give me an answer. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ITS A SCAM

This was the WORST customer service i have EVER received. My order was NEVER delivered and i called everyday and was refused a refund. I selected a Tuesday deliver and the order was supposedly delivered Wednesday (first of all that’s the wrong day...). I got a delivery notification only after my phone call to them both Thursday AND Friday, but they never came. After speaking with 3 different people, I was told I couldn’t have a refund because “they were delivered” but anyone has yet to see them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! LIARS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered flowers, a balloon and card to be sent to my mother. Only the flowers showed up and they insisted that everything was sent. After numerous emails they finally admitted that the balloon was not sent but the card was. They will not refund me for the items that I paid for and did not receive. WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN... Flowers never delivered - unable to connect with Customer Service ... the LIVE chat is a BOT - and you cant speak to anyone (JOHN and ANDY are fake names). Will cancel with Credit Card company ... LOUSY company for sure.
