Trop cher et mauvaise qualité

Je traine depuis deux ans un crédit de plus de 600.00 $ (retour d une table et chaises )...Je dois m y présenter au moins une fois par année et acheter des items pour ne pas perdre mon argent et avant la date d échéance..je dois prendre pour 300 $ et quelques dollars de marchandises cette année avant décembre pour me débarasser de ce crédit... qui me colle a la peau....plus jamais.....

J'ai acheté un cuiseur à riz en solde. La gérante qui me sert ,ne parle pas en aucun temps que c'est une vente finale.Rendu chez moi,je m'aperçois que le cuiseur ne faisait pas de petites quantités pour deux personnes.il n'a même pas sorti de la boîte.J'essaie de le retourner 2 jours plus tard,refus total de remboursement c'est écrit en tout petit sur la facture pas de retour ni remboursement ni échange. Service pourri,une étoile c'est trop.je me suis sentie piéger?

I would never ret...

I would never return to this store again. The manager gave a terrible service. She was very rude and not professional at all. She kept saying that the credit note I had wasn't one and didn't even took the time to check it carefully. She kept repeating that the hole time and made me waist my time. It's very frustrating...how can a store give you a credit note and then say it is not one??? My husband had enough and had to clearly show her the word RETURN on the note. She never even said sorry!

This merchant should not be in business, they refused to let me use my credit note after returning a mother s day gift. i had been waiting for my moving date to purchase something, but i got the date reverse, 06/08 or 08/06, it was a few weeks past the date, and they refused to let me buy something for a greater value. that is the worst policy i ever heard of, especially for a store in Carrefour laval.

Terrible merchant...

Terrible merchant. They refuse to refund you even though the merchandise was defective. I will never shop there again. And the manager at Carrefour Laval was super rude. I'd fire her she is driving clients away. I WAS a good client for many years since the store opened a long time ago and for $75 refund the are losing out on many other purchases. I will take my business elsewhere thank you very much.
