Love the place. The staff are always welcoming...

Love the place. The staff are always welcoming and treat us great. The last reviewer's comments about cleanliness was probably due to the fact that they are so darn busy, people leave and others sit before the staff get a chance. The management have added space on to the restaurant so as to make less wait for it's customers. Overall a great place to go.

Food portions are huge but the quality of some foods such as the pasta dishes are lacking taste. I go here to eat because there is not alot of variety in town. Some foods are really good such as the wings, garlic bread and nachos. 2 things that need to be improved on is the customer service. I agree with a previous reviewer that sometimes you do feel like your server forgot about you. Another issue is the poor level of cleanliness. Tables are often not cleaned before customers are seated. More team work is needed between the servers to clear tables etc. I am really big on customer service to bring me back to this restaurant and I can honestly say that Chucky and Cheryl are the best.

I never miss a chance to dine at Louie's! One of the best eateries in a 100mile radius! The staff is friendly, the food is hot and delicious (and you get HUGE portions!). I've NEVER left without a takeout container! lol Keep up the good work...

I have eaten here many times (Lunch, Dinner), and it is definitely one of the best restaurants in Southern Ontario. It is not fancy by any means, but the food is fantastic. I love the small diner atmosphere, and the people are extremely nice. I have never had a bad meal. For the money that is spent, you get huge portions. Louie’s is a Landmark in Ingersoll, and you need to try it. Anyone that gives this place a bad review either has not eaten there, or does not know good food when they get it. Oh, and learn how to spell.
